A SANCTUARY OF SERENITY, REBORN IN LUXURY
This space combines the clean lines and practicality of Scandinavian design with the sophistication and visual elements of Dark Academia. The details of the layered lighting, warm wood tones, and subtle gold accents create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The layout incorporates a TV entertainment area, whisky lounge, bar, under-staircase nook, guest room, and a Japanese tatami room, making this a versatile atmosphere for all to enjoy.
THE ONE AND ONLY
We’ve transformed the bungalow’s layout into a fully open-concept living space. The master bathroom now features a renovated design with a comfortable seating area and ambient niche lighting for a cozy atmosphere. As part of the floor plan revamp, we also added a new powder room. The kitchen has been redesigned by removing partition walls and incorporating LVL beams to create a more open and airy feel. An 8-foot multipurpose island was installed to further enhance the kitchen's functionality and aesthetic appeal.

NEW LEASE ON LIFE - LOW KEY LUXURY
A SIDE-SPLIT BEGINS A NEW PHASE
The whole house was completely gutted out internally to create an open concept kitchen and two ensuite bedrooms. The fireplace, a floating bench, a 10’ pantry and an 8’ multipurpose island were seamlessly integrated to the space. Modern and Zen-styled wood slat echoes throughout the house. The earth tones and simple lines transform this modern house into a low key luxury.
MODERN, ELEGANT AND EFFORTLESSLY CHIC
We were brought in to assist a young family in maximizing their compact kitchen and adjacent family room, while also adding a closet at the entrance. By removing the wall between the dining room and kitchen, we created a more open and airy flow throughout the home. The kitchen now features inviting 8’ multipurpose island with a wood slate accent. We also took down the wall the breakfast area from the family room, leveled the floor, resurfaced the fireplace and added a Zen-inspired wood slate screen as an accent wall. The front entrance now a sleek, custom-made closet, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere with a touch.

In the past year, this house has undergone a complete transformation, and today we’re highlighting the heart of the home - the kitchen. The modern open-concept kitchen features a stylish two-tone design, by multiple recessed lighting zones that set the mood for any occasion. We removed walls with structural reinforcement to rev the 40+ year-old kitchen, creating welcoming space for family gatherings. The 4’x8’ peninsula offers ample counter space, serving both a culinary hub and an entertaining focal point while a chic glass backsplash adds a stylish yet low-maintenance touch.
A ZEN-INSPIRED BATHROOM
BASEMENT HIDEOUT
An accent shower wall with glass interprets an open concept while also retaining privacy in the bathroom. The floating vanity accompanied with Arcadia wood accent and funnel-shaped pendant creates a soothing atmosphere, a safe haven for plenty of relaxation. A modern, sleek free-standing tub paired with a bamboo book holder and mat echoes with the Zen-styled vanity.
ZEN FUSION
A MASTER BATHROOM RECREATED
This master bathroom offers great potential, but the previous owner misjudged the layout, resulting in poorly proportioned elements. We expanded the shower area with stylish black-framed glass and door, incorporated ambient lighting in the niches, installed a sleek frameless wall-wall mirror, wrapped polished white quartz around the jacuzzi, and removed all excess decor for a minimalist look. The design blends western and eastern styles to create a serene Zen master bathroom.
A GENTLEMAN'S BLUE KITCHEN
The kitchen in the Thornhill house had clearly become outdated. The wooden cabinetry lacked sufficient storage space, while thetractive dark grey backsplash soaked up the little natural light available, leaving the room feeling dull. Additionally, the rack suspended above the peninsula added to the visual clutter and disorder.
CINDERELLA KITCHEN
This compact kitchen posed challenges with limited counter space and storage, an awkwardly positioned and minimally functional island, a partition wall separating the kitchen from the dining room, and a large sliding door that consumed a significant portion of the kitchen area
MAXWELL
This dilapidated house sits at the corner of Maxwell Street, offering views of a charming and peaceful neighborhood. Our studio was tasked transforming it into the area's standout property. We designed a soft, romantic ambiance for this 50's side-split home, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cozy. The delightful blend of lines and curves is now integrated into the architecture and furnishings, creating a space that beautifully complements its surroundings.
HOUSE 81 KITCHEN
After a lengthy restoration and rebuilding session, this house that had been caught on fire, is now reborn. We took down the walls and integrated a multi-functional island to construct an inviting space for the host and hostess to interact with their friends and family. Do you love this look?
